It's all stuff for my 4 year old so far, except the first gift which will be for both of them! (They'll be almost 2, and 4).
I need to start looking for my younger daughter. Lol.

I'm in the middle of getting a custom made busy book by a local mom for DD's birthday/Christmas...
We usually aren't big on gifts, but the other day SIL threw out the idea of having the kids do a sleep-over so they can wake up and do presents together so now I'm like d'oh!

Just a play tent I got for a major discount at Target. Think it will be her gift from santa and we'll have it set up when she comes out to the living room.
Her birthday is two weeks before Christmas - really need to figure out gifts soon!

Not yet. I'm going to a kids sale in a few weeks and I might look for something there. We don't usually do big presents for the kids yet because they are too little to understand.

So far I bought LO an activity cube and a personalized book (HB toy guide suggestion!).
That may be it for Christmas gifts. We have been thinking about a Grimms stacking tower and Radio flyer, but may hold off until his Spring first birthday.

A dollhouse. I'm not planning to get her too much more. Maybe some books and one other small thing. I'm going to get her some blind bags for her stocking and I honestly think she'll be most excited about those!

We have an ikea train set and a travel art set put away. Her birthday is today so I just gave her a whole bunch of gifts but we had too many so those were the ones we decided to keep for later.

DS' birthday is in September, so our list is basically whatever he didn't get then. This year, it is a dollhouse/barn, and maybe a ukulele.

I have one gift that DD1 picked out for DD2 and "bought" with her allowance- it's a little pair of pink slippers so they can match. Sooooo cute! I need to start thinking about it though- DD2 is due Nov 1st and I'm sure I will be crazy busy through the holidays so I better hop to planning.

We're getting her a Melissa and Doug kitchen. I need to buy it this month because the local toy store has all Melissa and Doug items 20% off. We're also getting we the illustrated version of HP and the Chamber of Secrets. She got the first one last year. We'll put it away until she's older. I need to figure out some stocking stuffers.

I have a big list but haven't yet bought anything. But @Mrs. Lemon-Lime, that book is going to be my first purchase, so wonderful! I just need to decide whether to get one for each kid or just B and wait until W is bigger, and if I get 2 do I get different ones or both the same?

@erinbaderin: I am obsessed with these books. The books are totally custom, so W and B would have completely different ones! Well, it is the same story, so the start/end are the same, but they would meet different creatures in the middle. If you go to the website, you can preview the entire book, so you can see what I'm talking about.
