University of Missouri-St Louis, Washington University and Saint Louis University are all near our house in the states.

University of Delaware is less than 5 minutes away. My neighborhood is full of college professors. I actually lived even closer to campus and walked to my classes everyday when I was in college.

We're about a mile away from Elizabethtown College and like 10 miles away from Penn State Harrisburg (not the one Jerry Sandusky worked at, that was the one up in State College--well, same University, different campus).

WPI is closest (a couple blocks, haha), but there are a bunch of colleges close to us that i'd be happy to see our someday LOs attend. holy cross is close too & i have a lot of family that went there.

The closest college is probably Brooklyn College, followed by Pratt University, but since we live in NYC there are other close schools such as NYU, SVA, FIT, The New School, Cooper Union, and all the rest of the City University schools.

According to Google Maps (I had to do this since there are lots of small colleges around here) the closest is Mount Ida College. Then Wellesley, Babson, Brandeis, and then my own alma mater, Boston College!!

San Jose State is the closest. But we have many colleges less than an hour away. Stanford, UC San Francisco, University of San Francisco, UC Berkeley, San Francisco State University.

I went to a private Christian school in a town that rhymes with (edited).
I am 25 miles away from University of Washington, though there are several private schools much closer.

There is a community college a couple miles away. The University of Houston and Rice are about 30 minutes away. Texas A&M isn't that far either.

I live 15 min from Methodist University and about 2 hours away from East Carolina and 2 hours the other way from NC State. There is a community college about 10 min away

@mrs. wagon: your cousin must be awesome to have married a wpi chick! Haha. There are so few women there, the guys have a hard time meeting women in the school. Maybe not the meeting, but dating! The girls are harassed constantly! I only went to one WPI party, and it was more than enough for me. Very good school though, and they have an amazing high school math & science academy, I'd love if my kids got into that for the last half of high school!

There is a college in my town named after the town, but we are close to DePaul, Loyola, University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern...the list goes on and on in this area!
