Navy is basically a neutral so they can wear anything. Maybe not black.

We're doing family photos with my entire family on Sunday night. It was a gift for my mom, so she chose the color scheme - shades of blue + yellow. This is what we're wearing (Dan's shirt is more blue/less grey in real life):
