Finances! How will you afford a baby, maternity leave, daycare etc

We talked about religion, discipline, standards, and schooling. We actually went through each situation (ie, electronics, age for makeup, dating, etc), discussed it, and then wrote down our decisions. We now have a family rule book of sorts, with our joint decisions. This way we can always refer back to the decisions we talked through and made together instead of making snap decisions alone.
