A's birthday is near Christmas so I need to think of ideas for both... I was going to get her a play kitchen but we may have to move back to England early next year so it would be a pain to have to ship it....
She loves Elmo and Elsa so I think they will have to make an appearance somewhere

We got her a Little People Disney Princess klip klop stable for Christmas (she was 20 months then) and she still plays with it every day. For her birthday we got her a Step 2 play kitchen, Frozen on DVD and more horses for her klip klop stable.

@Smurfette: That would be loads of fun! But yeah it would be the shipping.... It wouldn't be hard I guess, we would have to get a container for everything anyway and could just shove it in there, it's more buying her a gift then taking it away for a few months while it ships. I'd rather get something we could take with us easily. That said, she'll have access to a zillion more toys at her grandparents' if we move, anyway, so she probably wouldn't miss "her" stuff.

@oliviaoblivia: I took the girls into the Disney store this morning to ask them the exact same question! If your dad does find one, we'll totally give you money, those dolls are expensive. They were both singing "elsa, go" as we left

We're doing a play kitchen I think. Or some sort of grocery store setup. Not sure yet - but of course that doesn't help you!

My son's birthday is right after Christmas. We aren't much for holidays, although we did a few small Christmas gifts (puzzles, books, clothes). The big gift was a bike for his birthday along with a few more small items.
