I know Easter is a bit away still, but I am curious what others got in their Easter baskets as a child. I always got candy and small toy. DH said he only got candy as far as he can remember.
What did you get in your basket? What does/will your LO get?

I still get an Easter basket filled to the brim with sees chocolates, jelly beans, Easter socks, money and small toiletries. We also still have an Easter egg hunt!

I'm going to give LO a bunny, easter book and I'm not sure what else. He's too young for candy. maybe toys?

Candy, toys (normally Barbies) and money. My mom was always hid it in the weirdest places too. One year it was in the dishwasher. The next year, in the shower. The year after that, the dryer.

Our Easter baskets were insane. My mom is excessive though, so she really went over the top. We got tons of candy, stuffed animals, toys, video games, movies, etc. It was kind of like a mini-Christmas. I'm excited to do an Easter basket for my LO, but I'm sure I won't live up to my mom's extravagant baskets!

We got candy, and a stuffed bunny every year. My mom is continuing the tradition with my kids and I need to tell her this year to STOP buying the stuffed bunnies! How many stuffed bunnies does a kid need, it's crazy!

My mom LOVES giving gifts and always has gone over the top with baskets!! She even STILL gives them to us as adults haha.
books, money, tons of candy and a chocolate bunny (I LOVE the cadbury eggs!!!), CDs, pocket games, etc
As adults I get small things like serving spoons, tea, coffee, and other nice little knick knacks. 
she is so sweet.
and she always hid the baskets super well too!

Nada! =( My parents let us paint eggs, eat Peeps and other candy, and took us easter egg hunting though!

Candy, bubbles, a jump rope (or some other outside activity), and usually an outfit to wear that day. My mom still makes small baskets for us with our favorite candy and usually some socks or earrings.

When we were little my mom would buy 3 packages of chocolate easter eggs from Laura Secord and hide them around the house. Then myself and my two sisters would go hunt for them. When we got them all we would split them up evenly between us.
When they were popular, my parents also used to get us each a Beanie Baby for Easter.

In the past we've given DD crayons, markers, coloring books, rabbit ears and rabbit shaped glasses for her dress up box, washable tatoos, wind up toys, little people, matchbox cars, and books in her basket. We also hide eggs and candy on easter morning for her to find.
