Homemade chicken broth simmered with a ton of garlic and ginger. Didn't feel so hot yesterday, so it's a "get well soon self!" breakfast today. Also having tea and water.

I think I win the unhealthy award--a chocolate sprinkled donut and a white sprinkled donut. But I washed them down with lots of milk.

@Mrs. Lovejoy: I love think thin bars!! I'm not preggo yet, but was hoping they would continue to be good breakfast items for me later on since they're high in protein. What about them is making it harder to swallow?

I had a short bold with steam soy coffee and a turkey bacon sandwich from Starbucks. I normally get a spinach wrap if I get breakfast from them, but they were out.

@Alivoo01: I can't exactly pinpoint it, but I think they taste chalkier than they used to. I eat them because of all the protein, and no sugar (etc.) in them, but have never found them to be the chalky protein bars. Lets hope it was just a one day fluke!

@Mrs. Lovejoy: I know sometimes the older ones taste chalkier, hopefully, it was just that one! That's the thing I love about those bars, They don't taste gross like other protein bars and they're super healthy!!

@autumnlove: I'm terrified of GD...every time I drink a soda I wonder if I am dooming myself. I wondered the same when I ate my donuts today, but they were just so delicious! And I don't eat them all the time, maybe twice a month.

Sauteed, halved grape tomatoes, barely wilted baby spinach and crumbled goat cheese with two over-easy eggs on top. The goat cheese melted and mixed with the yolks to form a most delicious sauce. and multi-grain wheat toast to sop everything up. And coffee. Lots of coffee.

2 Vans Organic vitamin boost blueberry waffles and pure maple syrup. Then, shortly after I had an onion bagel with smart balance light "butter". Wooooo Dairy Free! Was extra hungry this morning because my sweet girl just wanted to nurse all night and not sleep last night!

I had oatmeal (I do every morning), a homemade apple cinnamon walnut muffin, and a cup of coffee. Thankfully that keeps me full until lunchtime.
