I'm thinking LO's outfit will involve a lot of pink, and probably a tutu. What will your LO wear?

@artbee: Thanks!! I got a 12-18 months dress for LO and it fits PERFECTLY. Must get at least a few more wears in before she outgrows it!

@chopsuey119: LO already wears that size! I'll have to wait until it's closer before buying her dress. Now that I'm thinking about it she'll be flower girl in my sister's wedding a few weeks before.... so if I can be ok with her not wearing pink (it'll either be blue or yellow) maybe I'll just have her rewear that.

@chopsuey119: My parents are going to Korea next month so my mom's getting it there. As for her party dress - not yet.

@artbee: Dood. How big is she?! Mine's 30.5inches and 22 lbs almost! Yeah. I would wait til she's closer to 1. I bought LO's dress a few months in advance because I saw the dress and had to get it!

@Rubies: Oh nice!! The hanboks in Korea are so much cuter and cheaper!! Fun! Baby stuff from Korea is so nice. I'd go wild if we ever visited.

@chopsuey119: My husband weighed himself with and without her, so it's not official. She was 22 1/2 pounds! We'll find out the official weight in about a month for her 9 month apt. She's always been in the 95% for weight, and over 80% for height.

@artbee: OMG she's a little butterball!!! I wanna see her rolls!
M's always been tall (95ish%) but she's dropping in weight lately. I'll be sad when her delicious rolls disappear.

@chopsuey119: Love rolls! LO has the best, chubbiest knees ever. Here she is eating her knee! http://www.flickr.com/photos/10476345@N08/6864787910/in/photostream/

@artbee: OMG I love her chubbs and her fuzz. Love all the piggies too!

@chopsuey119: She's finally getting some hair! It took me a while to figure out what piggies you were talking about, thanks!

A tutu and onesie with some cute sandals. The onesie will be personalized with her name and the number 1.

we're not going to do a party but will prolly do a photoshoot, so maybe two outfits. the tutu may be too hard to resist!

Probably two outfits since I'm sure he'll get dirty. One is a button up with a fedora and I also have a onesie with an attached tie for more casual playing.

Since we'll have five new babies in our immediate family this year ALONE, my sister will have a party for her 1 year old with a tutus and ties theme! I think it's an adorable idea and it gets parents involved too - they have to dress up as well.

DS was sick on his 1st bday so he was wearing a very comfy sleeveless tee & his dipe.
We'll be forgoing the whole big 1st bday with this new lo.

He wore a traditional Korean outfit that my parents got him, then after we got some pix of him in it he changed into jeans and a t-shirt to be comfortable. I got a custom bday t-shirt here: http://www.cafepress.com/zoeysattic/7732895

A white/pink/peachy floral Gap dress with a little cardigan on top, pink mouse shoes, and a headband with a flower (pink of course!).
Not sure about her 2nd bday, my mom is in charge of finding the outfit but she hasn't found anything yet!

@Sha: those shirts are adorable!
@Andrea: mouse shoes?! So fun! Maybe I should start looking for some piggy shoes for my lo.
GOLD / wonderful coffee bean / 18478 posts
@artbee: yes, they had the face and ears glued on around the toe area. my LO loved them and asked to wear her "mousey shoes". *sigh* they must look so small now. piggy shoes would be a great idea!!
