I'm with you guys - that 3 hour nap sounds delightful.
This is so me though: "Add a bunch of mundane items to original To-Do list and check them off in order to feel like I accomplished something." Today I put "shower" on my to do list & crossed it off. I might put "breathe" on there tomorrow.

I really loved the beginning!SO true for me. I am a night owl by nature and really struggle to get to bed. I also definitely write things on my to-do list to cross off.
It does bum me out that all the anxiety/guilt is mentioned -- I don't know if it normalizes it/perpetuates it? Or if it just is what it is and is relatable to put it out there. I am thankful I don't feel much of either, at least in relation to LO's independent playing time and development!
