I'm really nervous because I am very convinced we are pregnant this month so I am avoiding:

Strenuous activity as much as possible (a little nervous even about rocking our friends 20 pound 7 month old to sleep for her nap which I know is ridiculous).

Caffeine, alcohol or any stimulants or NSAIDS (for what is worth I did drink a bit during the TWW with our son. I didn't know I wa pregnant.

Chemicals and processed foods (I try to avoid this anyway but especially now).

What do you avoid?
