Fishy. Which is really weird and I don't have a good reason for, but it's what I call him. We also both use babe a lot.

Boo, boo bear or papa bear. I rarely use his name.

Bri (like Bry) or B. We're not a pet-name type of couple, both of the things I call him are shortened versions of his actual name!

He calls me by my name, dear, or occasionally by my middle name.

Usually babe, baby, dude, or his first name. Occasionally something weirder like brah or homie if the mood suits.

Usually Honey. Sometimes Monkey. Or his name.

Babe or sweetie. I grew up being called sweetie and sweetie-pie by my parents, so that's my go-to phrase.

Most common pet name is "love", but we have some silly ones we use, too. Like "husband-pants".

Oh geez there are too many to count. Rarely ever by his name though, only when we are out in public or around other couples where yelling a cute nickname would get everyone's attention rather than my husband's. The typical ones, like "honey," "babe," "sweetie," "love," "darling," etc.. Then we have weird ones like "puppy." We aren't necessarily a conventional couple anyway, so it's fitting.

His name, Daddy or Dear.

I call him "babe" 80% of the time. His first name 20% of the time.
He calls me by my first name about 50% and "honey/babe" the other 50%.

Sweetheart and his first name and last name together.

Daddy on Teppo/Teppi. Not part of his name but he answers to it. Occasionally his first name.
He calls me Mumma.

His first name. Sometimes "chéri" in French which is like honey/sweetheart.
