In another thread, some bees said that they would not consider medical intervention to get pregnant. My question is what counts as a medical intervention to you?

I think a lot of people would consider IVF a medical intervention, but what about IUI? Do you count things like Clomid as a medical intervention? What about someone who's thyroid or pituitary gland is out of order causing subfertilty, would you consider getting that fixed also a medical intervention? What about getting tests done, from blood tests to an HSG? What about charting or OPKs?

Basically, if you would not have considered a "medical intervention" to get pregnant, up to where would you have gone?
