My life is so sedentary right now. I sit way too much. After I stopped BFing my metabolism went into the negatives. I've gained 20 pounds from no lifestyle change at all. I started eating healthy and was doing really great at it, but I found that my weight just stalled instead of gaining. That sucked. And I kind of got frustrated from working so hard so I quit.

I just can't continue this way. I have to do some sort of activity. I was wanting to start a private kickboxing class because that was always something I wanted to try and would be fun, but I'm hoping to get pregnant soon and I couldn't continue it while pregnant.

Help me get off of my butt and find something to do that's fun and active and I can continue while pregnant and raising my 12 month old!
