I usually drink a lot of fluids and try to sleep it off.
If I wake up in the morning and the headache's still lingering, I'll take tylenol.

I usually take 2 extra strength rapid release tylenol and drink some water. I don't get headaches very often, but when I do, I need the drugs!

I don't get too many headaches so if I do I just take Tylenol right away and it goes way.

@Andrea: @Sweet T: Okay I'm gonna take a tylenol now. Don't wanna try sleeping it off!

@chopsuey119: I feel like sleeping it off never works for me. I just wake up with the same headache!

First I'll wait a little and try to eat something and drink water. If that doesn't work, I like Excedrin migraine... Can't take that while pregnant tho. And I guess there was a recall on it so it's not even being sold right now.

I drink lots of water. I avoid tylenol because it doesnt really work for me and its supposed to be bad for your liver. But if the pain persists I take advil. But not when I was pregnant though.

Pregnant I'll just try a nap and lots of water, if it persist for awhile I'll take tylenol . Not pregnant I pop a couple Advil right away to stop it and it always goes away.

I already drink a ton of water, so drinking more isn't possible to get rid of my headaches. I will usually eat something or try to rest. If those options don't work, then I take generic Excedrin since the real deal has been pulled off of the shelves.

@mrskc: Apparently the CVS brand of Excedrin Migraine is still available and the same thing, just FYI.
It depends for me. If it is a little one, I try a little caffeine first, and usually Sudafed since most of my headaches are sinus. If it's getting bad, Advil Migraine is pretty great stuff, but not while pregnant.
There was a thread on here a while back when someone suggested an ice back on the back of your head/neck, and that really works wonders for me. Lay down in a dark room with a soft ice back on the back of your neck for twenty minutes and it's often as good as Tylenol for me.
