I've been up since midnight when M woke to eat. 
I don't want to wake anyone so I am just sitting in bed waiting for my lives to regenerate in Candy Crush Saga.

Ugh I lay. And stew about not being asleep like now. LOs sleep is getting better but my body won't let me sleep longer than3 .5 hours at a time for some reason... Sooo frustrating!

I go on hellobee and/or play games on my phone.

I start by trying to do some relaxing visualization. Picturing the two most relaxing places I've been: floating under a waterfall in Hawaii and snorkeling in the British Virgin Islands. Something where I can really try to remember every detail of the situation and distract myself. Sometimes it really works well!

I order books on my Kindle app on my phone. I was up from 2-5:30 a.m. reading a book.

I read. I try not to use anything with a backlight screen though, as it makes my insomnia worse. I also try to read on the couch so that I cool down because I seem to sleep better when I'm cool.

Try to read and fall back asleep!

I stay away from the phone or computer. Those will just keep me up but tv might put me to sleep so I turn that on.

I either take a Unisom or annoy the crap out of DH. He prefers the Unisom option.
