Pregnancy insomnia seems to hit me at least every 2 or 3 days. I've already taken Benedryl the last few days for an itching cough and trying to get some sleep to stop the onset of bronchitis. Now, what do I do? I've cleaned up the guest bedroom, did a load of laundry, "liked" just about everyone's status on FB, pinned a million things, and read most of the posts on HB! argh! About to bite the bullet and take more Benedryl, though I really don't want to use it just to sleep.
What do you guys do when insomnia hits?
and if reading fails I start making myself busy. If I'm incredibly exhausted I try to drink chamomile tea and do some breathing excercises that calm me down. I miss uninterrupted sleep!!!
