watch tv, housework, shower, get food/eat, play on the computer. Usually I think of all the housework that needs doing and then chill on the sofa instead.

earlier in my maternity leave, i would bake, do chores, be useful, etc. as maternity leave progressed and it became clear that LO did not have ideal napping habits (hello wake-up after every single 45 minute cycle), i felt more like a prisoner and would spend a lot more time on the computer and watching tv, just *waiting* for him to cry. kind of pathetic. sigh.

For 2 of 3 naps I do chores, shower or cook. And I take the 3rd nap with him (I started doing this when the pregnancy exhaustion hit 2 weeks ago and now I look forward to it all day!).

Lately I have been either working on birthday party projects or simply taking a nap. I prefer naps.

Cleaning, laundry, prepping dinner and Hellobee, there's more HB going on than cleaning though
I try and take time for myself so I don't get overwhelmed and exhausted.

@Running Elley: oh my gosh, I remember that exhaustion. I can't imagine it now! I give you serious props!
I run around like a nut cleaning, doing laundry, sometimes eating or peeing, etc. She only naps 30-40m so I don't get too much time!

both our kids napped at the same time today, so we just woke up from one glorious afternoon nap!

Shower/hair/makeup, laundry and other chores, and/or relax. I am really bad at taking naps!

Prep dinner or surf the web. He takes really short naps so I don't have much time to get anything productive done. I do the bulk of the housework after he goes to sleep at night.

Laundry, housework, or sometimes I'll catch up on one of my DVR'd TV shows.

Housework and if I'm really on the ball I prep stuff for Ebay. I've not been on the ball lately...

Nap with him, hold him, drive, run to the bathroom, dishes, laundry, dinner prep if necessary. More the first three than anything else.
ETA: hb & blogs & iPhone games go without saying

I do not do chores. My daughter often goes to bed so late that I just have to go to bed right after her, so her naptime is often my only break.

This week I worked in the garden a lot! I was proud of myself for not spending the whole time doing basic chores or internetting.

When he used to take 2-3 hours naps (as a newborn), I got to work (WAHM), cook, clean, and some projects that I wanted to get done around the house. Nowadays (he is 6 months), he only takes 35 minute naps so I am much more efficient. I take a shower, have breakfast, emails & phone calls during his first nap and work during his subsequent naps. Not much time to do anything else anymore! Some cleaning throughout the day, and laundry. Cooking gets done on the weekends

Chores and meal prep. Baby girl gets cranky if she wakes up and her next meal isn't ready

@sera_87: Wish I could nap with him! I'm a terrible napper! I do miss cuddling him every time he napped while I was on maternity leave
