About twice a year I go through and clear out some toys. Some I put into totes to rotate, some I donate and the rest I sell. We just get way too many toys and if there is no interest in it for several months it only makes sense to pass it on and make room for new interests.

We pack things up that am she's outgrown or are no longer interested in. We hung on to everything, though, in case we had another girl.

Some of D's stuff is saved for M. A lot of it ends up broken before going anywhere, and then donated or sold in a yard sale. D has recently discovered Listia, though, so he puts things on there that are in decent shape. It's how he gets his pokemon cards.

i sell as much as i can and then donate the rest. they need less and less toys as they get older thank goodness!

We store them for the next baby! After we have LO #2, I can see donating some toys as he/she outgrows them, since they'll be pretty old at that point.

we stored a bunch for the next baby, but honestly - she still plays with some "infant" toys, lol!! she comes up with some strange games that are fun to her
