I do OJ and Gatorade. I can't stand water when I'm sick. Probably a bad thing.

It depends for me, if its a cold I like orange juice and pineapple juice for vitamin c. I do also like water. I still feel thirsty after drinking juice unless I drink water -
Ginger Ale is what my parents used to give me when I was young and sick. That with soda crackers. It's a comfort thing now, don't know if it actually does anything. I generally just try to drink a lot of water!

Depends what I have but typically hot water with lemon or teas. I find warn liquids the most soothing. Sometimes Gatorade
