I have a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management and sadly I have not put it to use! I graduated last December and still in the same job I've been in since I was 19! (I'm 23 now) I've been on the job hunt for something different but its tough to find a job around here =/ what about you?

BS in economics with a concentration in finance. I have used it every day in my job since graduating from college 9 years ago!

I have a BEng in Chemical Engineering. I don't really use it directly in my current role, but it is definitely a big reason why I was hired.

I am half way through a doctorate in psych. I'm a wedding planner, so I guess you could say I use my degrees LOL!

I have a Masters degree and am a SAHM now... But do plan on going back to work in a year or two.

I learned how to think in college though. Use that every other day or so ha!

I have a bachelor of Arts in Education and Music. I have a master's of Education in gifted and talented education. I teach 6th grade, so I use most of it. I used to teach Music, so I used that.

I have a BA in marketing, and an MBA with a marketing & management concentration. Running my own business, I find myself unconsciously using the business and marketing principles I learned along the way. I used to think that those marketing principles were "common sense" until I realized I must have actually learned them at some point, ha!

I have my BA in poli sci and use it every single day. Without my degree and the writing and communication skills I learned/polished in college, I wouldn't have gotten my job!

I have my BA in Communications (which was the major for public relations, advertising, etc at my school) and I guess I use it because I made a little Digital Media concentration for myself by taking every class related to technology, and now I'm a Web Producer.

A masters in social work and have used my bs before but have yet to look for a job with my masters (finished when I was 5m pregnant). Won't job hunt until I'm done nursing LO

I was a philosophy major and have no plans to ever be a philosopher or teach at the undergraduate+ level, so I probably won't ever put my degree to use, specifically.
However, it really helped me develop my writing, critical thinking, and analytic skills, which come in handy in a variety of ways in my career and personal life

BA in Professional Writing, and yes! It's directly related to my work.

BA in communication with an emphasis in journalism. I was freelancing and ghost writing (and managing a cafe) before baby, so I guess I was using it. But now I feel sort of lost and don't know what to do.

Master of Social Work - yes, worked in several different social work capacities for 7 years, mainly in child protection and with children with disabilities.
BA in Sociology - never used it, went straight on to grad school for social work.
Nearly a completed Master's in Education (part of an alternative certification program) - used it for 2 years as a middle school teacher.
I'm currently a SAHM but would like to pursue another master's in Special Ed for when I go back to work after the LOs are in school full time.

I have a BA in Creative Writing and English and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. I use both because I'm a fiction writer and lover of literature. My MFA also qualifies me to teach writing at the college level, and that's what I'm job hunting for as we speak (I just graduated).

BBA in Marketing and Masters in Elementary Education. I would love to be using my masters degree right now, but there are so few teaching jobs open and I have zero connections in this town. I am currently doing admin work and help of fiscal a lot in my position so I do see some of my undergrad degree sneaking in.

BA in women's studies-don't really use it but I'm still happy with that choice of undergrad degree
MS in exercise and sport psychology- kinda use it but not in the way I'd intended when I started the program
Pursuing Ed. D. in physical education with the long-term goal of teaching higher ed. Def use this one bc I'm a PE teacher now! -
@DigAPony: I have an MFA in Creative Writing, too, but I'm a poet. I use this in my personal life, working on my poetry manuscript (although I took a long break during pregnancy and the first 3 months of LO's life).
I have a B.S. in Public Relations and Journalism and have used my degree since I graduated, which was 12 years ago.

@Ree723: so many similarities between me and you and you and my mom! I too have a MSW (I work primarily in gerontology and hospice care) and my mom who was an English and literate teacher went back recently to pursue special education! Shes done now. We're both happy:) great & fulfilling fields aren't they?

My BS was a double - Environmental Science & Biology and English Lit - maybe the most random combination ever. I don't know that I use either, though I've gotten some good perks having a science background in other fields. I also have a Master's in information science, and I definelty use that every day - a requirement for my job in NYS.

I have a BS in studio art and MS in Art Therapy. I'm a SAHM
I do plan on using lots of art with my baby girl when she gets a little older, and I do plan on going back to work part time when she goes to school.

I have a BS in Communicative Disorders (audiology and speech) and a Master's in Couple & Family Therapy.
I'm not officially using either, but I use both daily in my interactions and encounters with family and friends!
I'm going to be a SAHM for awhile and probably part-time nanny with the family I've been with forever, because I can bring LO.

I have a BA in English and Theater (can't use those!) and a Ed.M in English Education. I was a teacher until this school year, now I am a SAHM. Still not sure how I feel about the SAHM life, but I know I will go back to work in no later than five years if we decide to go for baby 3.

Bachelor's degree in business admin and management and don't use it today as a SAHM. I graduated 4 years ago and couldn't find a job. Worked as an office manager for a family business for a year and left once I was pregnant.

I have a BA in American Literature and am now working onmy Masters in Library Sciences. My last job was in Human Resources, so completely out of my field!

I use my master's - my job requires it. I also have a doctorate; don't use that now but intend to in the future...
