... on a couch? We have been in the market for a new couch for a few years now since our dog shortened our current couch's life! We are just about to move to our new home and decided that we will abandon the old couch and get a new one for the new home and had a really tough time picking one out.

Well, we finally bit the bullet today and bought a new living room set, a floor sample. It is not perfect, but it seems to be the best of what we could find. And the best part is that it was so ridiculously reduced and that helped to push me to make a decision! I was amazed at the variation in pricing of couches and, as we are on a pretty tight budget with the new house, we tried to stay at the lower end. Wound up coming in right under $2,000 (originally $4,000) for a 3 seater couch, a BIG comfy matching chair, an accent chair, and an ottoman (not really my style, but oh well). I feel like this is a steal, but not sure as it still seems like a lot of money to spend on a couch!
