I only read the first twilight book and didn't watch the movie, so I only think of Rosalie as a beautiful, feminine name! Congratulations!!!

I think it's pretty. I read the Twilight books (and wish I hadn't) but I did not think Twilight at all when reading that name.

I love it. I have seen one twilight movie and half of another and have watched several episodes of Grimm - didn't catch a Rosalie in either!

Its such a pretty name! I didn't think of twilight. I haven't read it or seen the movies. There may be a spike in the popularity of the name but twilight will probably fade away soon enough.

I think most names are going to have a connection to something somehow...if you love it, go with it! DD name is the same as a Disney princess, and i'm ok with that

i immediately thought of Twilight, but don't use me as an example since i am a major "Twihard" and have read the books and watched the movies multiple times. I still think it is a lovely name. I was actually very anti-Edward or Jacob for naming my boy, but i still considered Rose or Rosalie as a middle name if i had a girl because she is not the "main" character - you would have to be someone like me to associate it with Twilight. And i would have chosen it (if i had a girl) because i like the name, not because of twilight.

I've never read any of the Twilight books, so to me it has no connotations at all, just classic and pretty.

I read the books and watched the movies and it didn't even occur to me until you mentioned it. I think it's a really pretty name and years down the road, no one is going to be even thinking about twilight anymore.

I'd never heard of the name until twilight so it does remind me of that, but I've since seen it on baby name lists and learned its a classic so I wouldn't be afraid to use it. It's very pretty!

Do you think Twilight is going to be popular long enough for her to ever make the connection? People may ask when she's first born but I bet that's about it.
For the record, I never read or watched Twilight but was aware that it is the name of a character. I would not think anything of it if someone named their daughter that though.

I'm aware of Twilight (because obviously) but I've not read the books or seen the movies, so I had no clue it was even associated with Twilight!
