I bought my 20mo old a puddle jumper. I'm not sure his exact weight but the arms are a bit big and they often slide off. Is there another floatie that you can use that is for smaller/younger kids?

Ha, I just posted about this in another thread:
Our son has worn this vest since 18 months and he actually likes it better than the puddle jumper (we have both). He did amazing with this vest and occasionally grabbed onto a kick board or noodle floating in the pool to rest but was doggy paddling and treading water like a champ.

We used a float suit. I don't know what they're really called, but it's basically a onesie with a series of floats that go around the child's trunk.

Yeah we used a float suit too or I just held him. But my kids were big so they were in a puddle jumper pretty young.

Yes mine wore a speedo float vest thing last summer as an 18-20 month old and this summer at 2.5 years she's in the puddle jumper.
