I use a specialty cream for kids by Nivea, it's a wind and weather protectant.

I have been using this on LO. I found it at a local health food store. I felt like it was safe for lips since it's also safe to eat!

Aquaphor if she's going to be outside long. CeraVe for day to day. .I don't put anything on her lips

I use A-Derma cream. It really helps DD cheeks when they get red and splotchy from the cold.
