@Running Elley: they have one at a local Italian restaurant but I've started making it at home. Greens, cucumber, olives, tomato, a ridiculous amount of shredded mozzarella with warm French fries on top so the cheese gets melty. I like it with ranch or garlic vinaigrette. Yuuuummmm!

- pot roast stew (it's rainy out so it could work!)
- my MILs lasagna
- tai rice and veggiesAnd top it all off with a side of cherry coke! Or vanilla coke, or regular coke!

I wanted Indian take out, but we try not to eat out except on special occasions, so we had chicken and broccoli instead... and I skipped dessert. Very boring!

I would love to be eating at an Indian restaurant tonight. And then go to Dairy Queen for dessert - a butterscotch dipped soft serve cone.
*sigh* Alas, dinner is quinoa and snow pea stir fry, which isn't bad, but... it's not ice cream.

Thai and a big bottle of wine. I had osso bucco ravioli with my ILs, though, and it was really good, so I wasn't disappointed.
