My OB told me to be especially on guard for preeclampsia symptoms since it's more likely with multiples. He specifically said to call about headaches, vision changes, and swelling in the face. For the past week and a half I have been getting a headache every day. It's not severe like a migraine, but it is nagging and doesn't go away even when I take Tylenol. It's not 24/7, but it has occurred every day for a good chunk of the day. I feel silly calling to check on a headache because (1) they are so common during pregnancy and (2) it's not a bad headache, just a consistent one. I"m not having vision changes or facial swelling.

If you had pre-e headaches, what did they feel like? Were they super severe?
