DH is papa.

DH is pappa. It's what Swedish kids call their dad. But when I was young, I also called my dad papa.

Grandpa. Papa is what I called my maternal grandfather.

My husband calls his dad Papa and it weirds me out.

Papa doesn't mean anything to us. I think FIL wants to be called it but I don't like it. I always called my grandfathers granddad or granddaddy, and I refer to DH as daddy because that's what I always called my dad.
