Anything frozen he can pop into the microwave, toaster or oven. He can grill meats on the BBQ, otherwise not much else. I'm okay with it as he cleans up.

Oh, easy list!
Grits, omelets and buffalo wings.
He can also make really easy things like the Lipton sides or hot dogs.

He grills and smokes pretty much everything. He just made cheesecake for the first time and it was yummy! He can make pretty much what he puts his mind to.

@mrbee: if it's not microwaveable, DH doesn't "cook" it.

Breakfast stuff, eggs and pancakes. He also grills really well so he can make steaks, burgers, grilled chicken, fajitas on the grill. I think he could make tacos if he really had to. He tried to make us ramen the other day but he drained all the water like it was pasta so it got dry and cold lol. I think if he made it again though he'd remember not to do that so let's add that to the can-make pile

He can cook anything, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will taste good, LOL. He has a bit of an over-seasoning problem. I can't seem to get him to understand that you should be able to taste the natural flavor of the food you're eating and you don't have to completely mask it with salt, pepper, garlic, hot sauce, etc.
He does make a mean cheesy potato casserole from scratch though.

DH can cook anything. He's very ambitious in the kitchen. I cook nothing. It was a verbal agreement DH and I had prior to getting married.
