I started a diet today because I've gained some weight, and I'm really unhappy with the way I look in clothes lately.

This is my general diet plan:

Breakfast: green smoothie
Snack: boiled egg, avocado, or nuts
Lunch: salad w/ lean protein and something filling like quinoa
Dinner: lean protein w/ veggies

I tend to lose weight best when I eat the same thing every day. The hard part is that I get so hungry after dinner since we eat early with the kids, and I'm up for another 6 hours.
