I took Advanced Swimming and Scuba Diving as some of my electives. I really enjoyed my documentary class I took, as well but that wasn't just a "fun" class, I needed it for my major.

I took a semester of piano. Also, I very much enjoyed my English classes, even though they were for my major. Children's lit wasn't fun, but Art of Storytelling was a blast.

Ooooo let's see. My three favorites would have to be my freshman English course, which was an honors course entitled "Your Worst Nightmare", followed by another English class focused on "Gothic Fiction", and lastly my other freshman English honors course, "Poetic Manifesto".
Needless to say, I'm an English major (or will be, whenever I stop having kidlets to graduate...)

Sailing, international children's literature, lots of journalism and writing classes, Middle Eastern Studies. My favorite thing about college was getting to pick from so many electives. I went to a really small high school and we didn't have many choices.

Censorship: we had to go buy dirty magazines at the gas station, watch 70s & foreign porn, and go to a movie that was being picketed. That was a pretty damn awesome class.

I majored in Creative Writing and English and loved it, so most of my major classes were fun, at least to me! One of my faves was Literature and Film. We studied New Hollywood (films from late sixties to late seventies).
Intro to Theatre was also fun--it counted as a gen ed, and I had been a theatre geek since high school so I already knew all of the material. Fun and easy! And, as part of our coursework, we had to chaperone for an on-campus production, and I picked a musical so I got to see it for free several times (the theatre department was excellent so it was a great production!).

My favorite classfor my major (Social Work) was Sociological Theories.Myfavorite elective was the JFK Conspiracy Theory class I took one summer. We each had to read a different book about the whole shooting and conspiracy theory, then present why we agreed our disagreed with that particular theory. SO interesting.

Oh and I forgot...I took a few gym classes (required) at Catawba but didn't have to participate since I was an athlete. Haha. I just walked the track every class, took the written tests and got an A for showing up.

@littlebug: Oh, the JFK class would be awesome!
I took scuba diving, kayaking, and abnormal psych as fun classes. The abnormal psych class was awesome. Our professor used to practice and had a patient with several personalities. We really learned a lot about it. Fascinating stuff!

I took Beginning Tap Dance pass/fail...and FAILED. It was so mortifying! But I still had fun. I took it with two friends and we'd practice in their apartment, much to the chagrin of their downstairs neighbors, I'm sure.
