So far, I've only made peppermint kiss cookies. This weekend I'll make:
-sticky toffee pudding
-gingerbread men
-wreaths
-oatmeal sandwich cookies with dark chocolate filling -
So far just peppermint chip brownies, salted caramel mini cheesecakes and caramels (which I guess isn't technically baking but whatever).

@Crystal: they were good, but the recipe said they would be soft. I baked them at the minimum time and they we're still hard. Not sure how I can make soft chewy gingerbread.

Normally I make several different cookies and cakes, but with the small baby, I cut myself some slack. So I only made spritz cookies and everything cookies.

My cookies weren't quite as large and fluffy, but they were chewy! (Maybe it is because I loooooove the burn, so I added a ton more ginger.) Also, check out the link to the original recipe in the post...her key is taking them out of the oven at 8 minutes.I've made super snappy gingersnaps, peanut butter and bacon cookies, and regular chocolate chip cookies (still haven't found that perfect cookie
). I think I'm going to try the rolo cookies (@HLK208:)and the cranberry cake! (@Mrs. Sketchbook:)

I'm still on the lookout for a chewy cookie with an orange glaze. No one has a recipe for something like that, do they?

Nothing yet, but I need to make some cookies for our neighbor! Last year we made them lemon ricotta cookies and I think it has turned into an annual Christmas cookie exchange!

Besides, the aforementioned cookies, today I did fudge and chocolate chip cookies. Tomorrow I make a couple more types.

My husband surprised me with 4 extra kids today (trade I guess for a friends time working on our truck
That gave me a total of 9 kids!) So instead of 4 cookie batches I did 2
Gingerdoodles and Crickly Crackly Biscoff Toffee Cookies both are so yummy!Tomorrow I'm making Russian Tea Cakes and Sugar cookies.

Last night I made oreo truffles. Today I am going to dip some oreos in chocolate and my first attempt at French Macarons!

I made some shortbread cookies on Thursday, and gingerbread loaf yesterday. I'll be making gingerbread cookies tomorrow!

Chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate/milk chocolate chip cookies, truffles, tricolor cookies, and chocolate peanut butter bars so far.
Tomorrow I will make a cake and Tuesday I will make a chocolate crumb cake.
