Also, Pacific time zone here. I've had two slices of cold pizza and two glasses of sugar free pink lemonade. Once I check my blood sugar, I'm really wanting something sweet, not sure what though. I'm not off to such a good start either!

A few cheez-its and a pulled pork sandwich from trader joe's. I feel nasty typing that up. If I get hungry again before dinner, then I will be having some vegetable to even out the crap I ate so far today lol..

Oatmeal with sliced bananas and blueberries for breakfast. Then I met DH for lunch and had sushi and tempura. I am so full. Sitting at my desk now is very uncomfortable!!

Trying hard to stick to my diet... breakfast was just eggs, I couldn't bring myself to eat anything more than that. Lunch was a bun-less burger with tomato, a side of broccoli, and some strawberries (weird combo, but I'm still figuring out what I can and can't eat!), and I just prepped some chicken salad (using homemade mayo -- who am i?!?!) for dinner later.

on the east coast here --- had cereal, a banana, white cheddar cheetos snack bag (sooooo good), a Fage peach yogurt, an egg salad wrap, and a bowl of cut up watermelon!
Yikes, typed out that looks like A LOT.... I snack a lot, can't eat big meals anymore as the baby is taking over all the space I have left.

An english muffin with honey with a glass of milk for breakfast, a greek yogurt with sliced up banana, and some apple slices! I’m getting hungry though, almost lunch time!

@Mrsdaredevil: I don't mind! It's the "Whole30" - I guess it's technically a "paleo" diet, but my point in doing it came from reading the book "It Starts with Food". I'm hoping it will help me kick my sugar habit, rebalance my hormones (which are likely all out of whack from the processed crap I eat regularly), and sort out my definite dairy issues and possible grain issues. I might feel better at the end and I might not, but it's only 30 days so I'm willing to give it a try.

It's 1:30pm for me. I had a blueberry muffin and some strawberries for breakfast. And then I had a baked potato for lunch. I'm about ready for something sweet : )

breakfast 1: peach and a slice of banana bread
breakfast 2: dried dates, cantaloupe
snack: spring onion soup
lunch: sandwich with turkey, salami, cheese, lettuce, garden tomato, and some pickles
(i definitely am more of an AM eater than a PM eater, if you can't tell!)

I started off decent -- whole-grain cereal, an orange, baby carrots and hummus. Then I had Arby's and a 3 Musketeers bar.
ETA what makes it even worse is I got the candy bar because I was falling asleep from the Arby's and thought maybe the chocolate would wake me up?

Lunch: Mediterranean veggie wrap on whole wheat tortilla.

snack: skim iced caramel macchiato from starbucks mmmm i never get this but I got a thing for a free tall drink so I took advantage, my go-to drink is the skim misto there

Breakfast: Smart Ones/Weight Watchers breakfast sandwich
For once, no midmorning snack bc my teeth are hurting from new Invisalign trays.
Lunch: Grilled chicken, goat cheese, & beets on spinach salad from Grand Lux Cafe.
Oh and a venti Passionfruit decaf iced tea from SB.
For dinner I plan to grill scallops and sautee spinach & mushroms- yum!

Breakfast: Vanilla Almond Special K with skim milk and a glass of OJ
A.M. Snack: 8 oz iced coffee with skim milk and sugar free caramel flavoring, and a special K granola bar
Lunch: Spaghetti with meat sauce and a hershey's kiss
P.M. Snack: Grapes and a diet coke.
Dinner will probably be chicken with roasted chipotle and raspberry marinade and a spinach salad. And a vodka tonic.

I had coffee + milk, a bite of DS's poppyseed muffin, for lunch I had a big salad and 4 bites of DH's pizza...if I didn't take bites of other peoples food I could probably lose weight!

It's 4:20pm here, and so far I've had 2 bottles of water, a Fiber One bar, a Yoplait Greek yogurt, a clementine, leftover homemade fried rice and Asian meatballs, and a cup of fruit. Oh, and a piece of Dove dark chocolate and a caramel.
ETA: Dinner will be leftovers, because I have an OB checkup at 7:15.

pre-lunch snack: almonds and dried cherries
lunch: mushroom ravioli lean cuisine
afternoon snack 1: handful of sourdough pretzel nuggets
afternoon snack 2: trader joe's fig cereal bar
pre-dinner snack (i'm about to crack into this - stopping by the grocery store after dinner and I will DIE if i'm not full): banana
probably drank 40 oz of water today so far.
Dinner is going to be a red coconut curry with chicken and lots of veggies.
Looks like a lot but I am pregnant!
