I like these threads because they remind me to keep track of what I eat + some of you eat really healthy and it inspires me to as well...
But today has been bad so far.
1 cup coffee with skim milk
A bite of DS's strawberry yogurt
1 fun sized kit-kat
So almost zero nutritional value. I'll plan on making a big salad for lunch and probably chicken with broccoli and some whole wheat pasta for dinner.
I need better eating habits!
