I usually eat things like bagels, homemade waffles, oatmeal or cereal. Bagels with cream cheese are my all time favorite choice though!

Lately, oatmeal. Homemade with water, a splash of half and half, a pat of butter, cinnamon, and a little brown sugar. Or if I'm feeling like I want dessert for breakfast, a scoop of peanut butter and a handful of chocolate chips.
Otherwise I eat toast with peanut butter, plain greek yogurt with a little honey and a big handful of berries and nuts mixed in, or scrambled eggs and toast.

I go through phases. This week's phase is cereal (could be constant nausea just makes me want crunchy things). Sometimes oatmeal with brown sugar, sometimes toast with PB or jelly. I usually eat the same thing for about a month until I'm super sick of it. If I could, I would eat an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese every single day!

I try not to have too many carbs for breakfast; so things like bagels are a rarity. I do love pancakes or waffles on the weekends as a special treat.
Usually it's a hard boiled egg and 2 slices of turkey bacon, or an omelette with salsa and a little bit of cheese.
Multiple cups of hot tea!
pomegranate / 3393 posts
Tea or coffee
Usually toast with spreads-almond butter, Earth balance, marmite, jam, cream cheese, etc.
On weekends we'll make pancakes, biscuits, tofu scramble, cinnamon rolls, or other more time intensive things.
Once we get a nutri-bullet, I want to get back in the habit of smoothies, but I never have them alone, not filling!
I also often do instant oatmeal, but I want to get back in the habit of doing regular oatmeal.
And if there are sweets or baked goods in the house, not gonna lie, they will be part of breakfast!
