A typically wears some type of fleece sweatpants or leggings, a long sleeve shirt and a onesie. If we are going out for the day she will wear a more put together outfit but it's still usually paired with leggings.

I treat B as my little doll, so he looks like he came out of the mini boden catalog or gap website. I have issues.

LO iusually wears jeans or cargo pants and a long sleeve shirt and/or sweater these days. I like to keep him in comfy clothes but I don't love the way fleece pants look with most of his shirts so I don't usually use them (even though we have a ton of them!)

Either a long sleeved tee, polo, or rugby shirt, with jersey lined cargo pants.
Comfort is key!

Whatever I pull out of the drawer. She won't wear jeans or anything stiff so it's normally leggings, "yoga" pants or other soft pants. Then, a long sleeve tee shirt and sweatshirt or sweater on top.

Comfort is key but I try to make her look put together and cute. I"m obsessed with tunics with leggings and tall socks that stick out the top of her boots. Pretty much dress her like I dress but in a kid friendly way.
I've been told she's the best dressed at daycare...it made my year

Jeans, a long sleeved onesie, and a zip up sweater or a cardigan if it's cold. We have one pair of sweat pants that I love so if he's going to gym class or we're staying home, I'll put him in those.

@littlek: Lol! B always looks so put together and stylin'. I always drool over all the mini boden stuff he rocks on IG
O is 10 months and not quite walking yet, so I try to dress him in something that is easy to crawl around in. That usually consists of a long sleeve tee or onesie with some sort of knit pant. Not the most stylish outfits ever, but they certainly are comfy! I think once he starts walking I'll put together better looking outfits.

For daycare, it's usually soft pants (leggings, fleece, velour) a onesie, and a long sleeve top or sweatshirt. Socks and shoes. On the weekend I might but her in jeans instead of soft pants...maybe a dress if we are going somewhere special (which is rare).

If we'll primarily just be around the house all day I usually put her in a short sleeve onesie and cotton pants. She runs hot and sleeps in a short sleeve onesie + swaddle for naps, so it makes it easy just to take her pants off at nap time. If we're going out I'll usually put her in a dress or romper.

Jeans, long-sleeved onesie and a hoodie or a sweater. I'm particularly fond of stripes and cable knit sweaters, so he wears these a lot.
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22646 posts
@littlek: hehe cutie pie! love his outfits
when he's at home (most days) he's just in a onesie, pants, socks, & hoodie.
we use a fleece "car" coat, and a gap puffy coat for outside.
when we go to church or special events, he'll wear a button down, or sweater, and jeans/pants. shoes, etc.
wonderful pear / 26210 posts
@littlek: awwww cute! My son won't tolerate sweaters or button up shirts, and forget pants with a waistband that has a button!
Today, I picked out a rugby shirt and he did not want to wear it, so he wore a Janie and Jack long sleeved tee with a train on it.

Leggings /jeans and short sleeved onesie with long sleeve or hoodie.

Jeggings and a top. The vast majority of the time, thats what she's wearing. In the summer, tanks or tees, in the winter, long sleeves or sweaters.
watermelon / 14206 posts
Ds can usually be found in a tshirt with some sort of super hero on it and pants that probably don't match.
pomegranate / 3890 posts
Always jeans and some type of top. I like button downs and vests.
We have some leggings too but harder to find cute leggings for boys!
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
Long sleeved onesie with pants and socks. If he wears a short sleeved onesie, he wears a jacket.

I have a 3.5 mo so it's usually sleepers at home. When we got out its cold right now, so it's long sleeved onesies and pants. I have a dislike of wall-to-wall pink or purple so my girl is rarely wearing much. Usually black pants and a blue, beige or white top and a pink bib. My gran said that I'm "the only woman in the world" that dresses her daughter in black on a daily basis. I doubt it.

If we're just hanging out at home, she may stay in sleep n plays all day. I have a handful of outfits for her, but they're mostly top and leggings. We have jeans, but she's only 2.5 months old, so she sleeps at random and I want her to be comfortable.

Toddler-Leggings or sweatpants, t-shirt or long sleeve shirt, hoodie, socks, shoes. Lots of color.
Baby- leggings, long sleeve onesies, socks, hoodie. Lots of color

@littlek: I am the same way - other than pajama days I tend to take 5 minutes to think about what he'd wear each day

My kid is nearly always dressed up even for a day at home haha. Usually a sweater and cute jeans, and if we're going out usually a collared shirt under a sweater/cardigan. I like him looking dapper and the layers are nice for this transitional weather and for added warmth.
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@littlek: Not issues! Just raising him to dress with style for the ladies:)
Usually leggings or jeans and a onesie, and socks. In the summer she wore dresses a lot but now it is cold, I save them for special occasions.

She's usually in jeans and a t-shirt. We have a few cute dresses that we throw in the mix, but she usually makes such a mess that I'd rather her be in something I'm not worried about getting dirty.
blogger / coconut / 8306 posts
@littlek: oh my god. That crinkle face is adorable!
C changes her clothes 384772827 times a day. I do a lot of laundry. She loves dresses and its cold out, so it's usually a mega battle around here. Also, she is opinionated now. I imagine this will get worse as she gets older. She also likes to play dress up & wears costume jewelry.

I like to keep him comfy so it's usually sweat pants or leggings and a short sleeve or long sleeve onsie. On the weekends when we take him out, I'll put him in jeans.

Skinny jeans + top + trumpette's/shoes. Or a dress + leggings. And, a bow, of course.

@littlek: so adorable!!!
@Mrs. Jump Rope: she is the cutest!
I'm all about comfort so 99% of the time she's in leggings/stretch pants and a long sleeve shirt.

Another mom who spends way too much time thinking about what her LO will wear. Lately it's been cold so she's been wearing lots of skirts/dresses with striped tights and boots. I love having a toddler - so much fun to dress them up!!
It's funny, I always dress up my LO like she's a little doll, but I'm almost *always* in jeans and a plain top, with my hair pulled up.
pomelo / 5298 posts
Now that it's fall, she usually has on some variety of leggings/jeggings and a tunic top or dress. Today was a really cute owl top with striped leggings that Grandma got for her. And ALWAYS with a bow or two in her hair. We often her comments about how coordinated her outfits are from toes to bows. Eh, girls are so much fun to dress.
@littlek: we have the same "brand" daycare. We love it, hope you do to. LO used to use that same book bin as her "boat". We'd routinely arrive to all the books on the floor around her and her sitting inside "rowing".

It's all about comfort here for the kids. DS wears cotton pants and top. He is getting interested in what he wears so he likes tops with dinosaurs and elephants.
@Mrs. Jump Rope: The clothing battles got bad from age 3-4 around here for my DD. We started picking out clothes at bed time for the next day, and that helped a lot. Now at age 5 she is much more reasonable. Also, she has a dress obsession as well, so we buy lots of comfortable cotton dresses that can be layered with cotton shirts, leggings, or tights, and that satiates her dress obsession!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: C is sooo cute and stylish! A girl after my own heart!
Usuually a one-piece romper or leggings and a comfy top/dress.

My toddler wears tops or soft dresses over tights or leggings every day. I don't believe in putting her in stiff clothing or anything that would get in the way of playing and climbing. She wouldn't stand for it, anyway. I find a lot of cute shoes and jackets and leggings around, so she's pretty stylish. It is absolutely possible to have a fashionable child while not impacting their ability to play and explore.

LO is just starting to crawl, so I like to have her in easy, comfortable clothes during the week for daycare. Leggings or stretch pants and a cute tee.
I dress her up on the weekends because its so darn fun. I have some really adorable fall layering outfits and pinafore and tights sets that I'm dying to get her into but its still really warm in SoCal.

My son hardly ever even wear pants! His typical out fit is a onesie and diaper. I put pants on him but he takes them off as well as his socks.

@TurtleDoves: Old navy has a green onesie right now that says "pants are overrated"
