It is such a pain for me to give liquid antibiotics to LO. She always gags or throws up a bit of it so I never know how much she actually gets!
I think it is easier for me to give my pet his meds...love those pill pockets!

LO for sure. She doesn't have any issue taking liquid meds and if I can mix the med (like an antibiodic) into her formula she just drinks her bottle like normal and is good to go.
My cat is wise to pillpockets; she will eat around a pill and then look at me like "haha, sucker" and walk away.

Oh my gosh getting my cat to take meds is a nightmare, she gets more on us, the floor and the walls than in her mouth. LO isn't much better but she's easier to handle than my feisty cat.

Man, I hope the baby's easier than my cat. I have to sit on him, pry his mouth open, wait until his tongue's out of the way, and use a pill shooter and a butter-covered pill to drop it in there. Then i clamp his mouth shut, rub his throat, and sit on him some more. Sometimes it just melts in his mouth. He's such a douche to give pills to. He won't even eat treats, so I can't trick him.

Definitely the dogs. For some reason, mine actually seem to think it's a treat when I shove the pills down their throat. LOL
