Dijon mustard. I squirt some in almost everything I cook (especially scrambled eggs!). After that Franks hot sauce.

Ranch! Whether I buy it or make it at home it MUST be hidden valley and made w/Hellmanns never miracle whip. My friends know to warn me if they're having salad and don't have any. No lie. My hub is the same way!
