So I have to get some blood work done this morning because I am having 4 separate ongoing medical issues My dr write me 3 open ended prescriptions for some pretty serious drugs and I want to find the cause not treat the symptoms.
What do you do to contribute to your health daily or as often as you can?
I'm really unhappy about it since I was feeling so good with the routine I was in. Other than that, I've been taking better care of my skin and trying to stay calm when I feel the stress rising.
