Our LO is the only grandchild on both sides! So just 1 boy.

on my side it is 5 boys:2 girls, on my husbands side it is just our kids so 3 boys: 1 girl

My in-laws only have our kids, so it's 1 girl, 1 boy -

Dh's side 1 boy (DS, only grandchild) -
We are the only ones so far so on both sides it's 1 boy with 1 girl on the way. When my sister gets pregnant that will determine the tie breaker. She has a 7 year old stepson but she has never met him no any of our family.

On DH's side it's 1:1 -
no los besides dd in dh's family, and all girls in lo's generation on my side! my brother has 2 girls, and so does my cousin (only first cousin w kids)--if my maternal grandparents were alive they'd have 5 great-granddaughters and no great-grandsons!

on my dads side there are 6 boys and 4 girls and another boy on the way.
on my moms side there are 4 boys and 2 girls with another on the way
(my parents are divorced, and my dad has another child with someone else, and a step-son, that's why the difference)on DH's side, there are only mine currently, so 1:1. but there is another boy on the way. clearly boys run around here.

It's all girls on my dad's side: my sister and I and our two cousins. My cousins have three kids between them and they are all girls too! My grandma keeps saying "you girls can't make a boy" lol and we remind her it's the male sperm that decides it. haha. She's so funny about it. She said it's up to me now when I get pregnant!

1 girl on each side, so hard to make a ratio. If we take all of my cousins though (a bigger pool), the ratio is 5 girls:3 boys. And I think one is having another boy, so it'll get closer. But interestingly, 4 of the 5 girls are in my city and all the boys are across the country. Maybe it does have to do with the water!

2:0. DD is the only grandchild on DHs side and it's her and my brother's stepdaughter on my parents side.

My Husband's side - 7 girls to 6 boys...so far!

My kids are the only grandchildren on either side, so it will be 2 girls 0 boys for both when LO2 arrives.

3 boys currently: no girls. My step-sister is due with a boy in Feb (that makes it 4:0) so it will be up to my twins to see if we get a girl. My mom has all girls so having all boy grandchildren hasn't been ideal for her.
