When DD turned 7 months, she cut all 4 top teeth at the same time. 
Now at 11.5 months, she's cutting both incisors on top and one molar on bottom. I'm not sure which is worse. I guess it's good to get them all out of the way.

Around the same, she won't let you look in her mouth though so it's hard to say for sure!

At 10.5 months he only has his 2 bottom teeth and they came 2 months apart. I'm scared that he'll have 4-6 come in at the same time! 7 is just crazy!!!

DD is around same age as @BabyBoecksMom: and she only just cut her first two bottom teeth this week! But she's been having some rough days and night, so not sure if she might be cutting more. I try to feel around but she doesn't like when I stick my finger in her mouth. Teething is a really torture monster for our LO's.

I just looked again and she has 5 coming in. 2 incisors and 3 molars. She's (knock on wood) doing pretty good so far.

She has three at the top coming in right now, and one just FINALLY cut through this afternoon. Hopefully not much longer.
