just ordered a braided wool rug for the living room to cover up the ugly rental carpet....and painting some old tables for the porch. We live in a rental, so nothing exciting- just small jobs to keep us busy and entertained.

We are gutting our kitchen next week. We are getting new floors, new tile, new cabinets, new counters, and we have to fix the celing with a new layer of drywall. It's pretty bad right now. It is pretty much the worst thing to come out of the 70's or 80's, so I'm super excited to do away with it.

DH is starting wood floor in the downstairs tomorrow night!!

Ours is outside. Complete overhaul, major landscaping. We had a backhoe and dumptruck here for a few weeks, had to cut through the fence to get the machines in, fell some trees, planted 10 foot trees, removed massive stumps and rocks to level the lot, shrubs flowers and mulch, and new grass. LO loved watching the big machines but our 100 pound dog was scared lol.

We're in the process of building a house so that's where a lot of our focus is. For our house right now, we need to paint the basement and get the house ready to go up for sale, but we don't have any major projects lined up.
