Eggs benedict...but with a crab cake and avocado instead of bacon/Canadian bacon. with regular bacon on the side, some home fries and lots of apple juice!

I'm a hasbrown nut so it would definitely have to include hashbrowns.

I say.....hashbrowns with melted shredded cheese and ketchup
Perfectly cooked over-medium eggs
Crispy bacon
Maybe a pancake on the side with lots of butter and real maple syrup
An amazing cup of coffee
