Hmmm. Cheese Danish is my #1. I had a really crappy one from the convenience store this morning.

But, a really great croissant is a close second, I just don't find too many of those around here.

Croissant!! Can't wait until I can start eating them freely again after baby arrives.

I've been really loving chocolate croissants from Starbucks lately! Also the morning bun has been updated and it's soooo yummy (and giant!)

Another vote for pain au chocolat.

Either a blueberry muffin, or a cheese danish. Someone needs to combine those two for me!

There's a buttermilk donut at the shop down the street...it's made with coconut cream or something. Insane.

Plain croissants.

I like any kind of muffin. The only croissants I will eat now are the Austrian style ones.

@autumnlove: I love the croissants from costco too! Sometimes I cut them in the middle put in nutella and then put it in the oven for a few minutes

usually croissants. but, our neighborhood coffee shop gets scones from Balthazar Bakery (diff place in NYC) and they are AMAZING. best breakfast pastry everrrrr. so simple and delicious.
