Last night I made salmon and just seasoned it with s&p, olive oil and dried basil! So simple and easy. M liked it, too!

I like salmon, spread thinly with jarred pesto or balasmic glaze.I usually toss in some grape tomatoes while it's baking.
For white fleshed fish, I just do salt, pepper, lemon juice and some white wine. Works also for shrimp on the stove!

Its super simple, but I like Rachel Ray's parmesan tilapia recipe. 5 ingredients, 20 minutes or less. Yes, please!

One of our standbys is to take tilapia or a similar fish, coat lightly in dijon mustard, cover in crushed pecans, and pan fry in a bit of butter.

I've been doing tilapia or mahi mahi coated in Lemon Pepper Breadcrumbs (I beleive they are from Pepridge Farm) and lightly pan fry in some butter or oil. Delicious!

We usually just broil it in the oven. It's super fast and easy and always a hit with company.
