Nuts, trailmix and cheese are my go-to filling snacks. Also celery and peanut butter. I also like to make my own "power bars" with quinoa, nuts, dates and dark chocolate. They are high calorie, but no refined sugar and are whole, real foods so I don't sweat it!

I love sunflower seed butter too! Sometimes I'll line a bowl with it, fill with Greek yogurt and then drizzle with sliced bananas and honey. I ate that for breakfast a lot when pg with #2!

@Andrea: unfortunately I don't have a quick way.. I usually bake two potatoes on Sunday night (takes about 45 min) and will eat half a sweet potato (sometimes with peanut butter on it) at various times in the week. I think you could nuke it, but may not have the nice carmelized sweetness ..?
