I hate burpees too but they sure are good exercise lol!
My personal trainer used to make me use a mallet on a giant rubber tire to keep my heart rate up. It was SO TIRING omg.

Any machines that make me do repetitive things! I wish my gym now has more classes for me to take. An hour of Zumba will fly by but I can barely do 30min on the elliptical!

I don't really hate anything, but I would much rather do an hour cardio class of any kind than an hour on the treadmill. Snooze.

@blackbird: Ugh...box jumps. I banged my shin up really badly and ever since then I have box jump phobia.
Burpees suck a lot, but at least they're over quickly. I hate running more.

@blackbird: these would be my least favorite except, I don't do them enough for them to even show up on my radar when I think about exercise. I hated them. I will do literally anything else.
I like biking but I don't like the bike machine. I don't feel like it works anything except makes my back hurt.

Well, I'm walking 3 miles a day on the treadmill and it's so boring even with the TV.

There is this modified plank exercise that is done in bootcamp at my gym, and every single time I do it, I get a shooting pain in my groin - but that only started happening after I had a kid! there are some exercises I just cannot physically do anymore. Anyway - it hurts like heck so I don't do that part.
Kind of like this, but it also involves a kick, and in bootcamp they do it really fast alternating between this, plank and kick.

@swedishfish: I was doing a video on the xbox and it definitely wasn't for beginners! so the lady would just yell out a combo and then start doing it and I felt like a total spaz!

@mrbee: burpees are intense but so good! My husband just finished the 100 day burpee challenge (day 1 you do 1...up through 100). I think he ended up doing thousands! I did not join in, not my idea of fun!
My least favorite is running on a treadmill. I love running, but not inside! I get super bored.

I did a cardio kickboxing class once and I don't think I've ever been so sore in my entire life. I literally screamed every time I sat down or stood up for a solid 3-4 days and was sore for 2 weeks. I never did it again.
