Thanks to Mr. Bee's advice I looked into the 5 love languages, and boy oh boy did that make a difference in my relationship with my DH. I talked to DH about it one evening and we are now both on the same page and as cheesy as it sounds, we are getting along better than ever even in just a few days and I feel closer to him, and like a wife again...instead of just a mom.

My love language: Acts of service and the close runner up is quality time.
DH's love language: Physical touch and his close runner up is words of affirmation.
