I have a pretty good risotto recipe that I used to break out when I had house guests! My other go-to dish was a pesto chicken.
I could never have guests for more than two days though, because that's all I could make ha!
What is your SO's go-to dish when cooking dinner?

Spaghetti and curry! That's all he knows how to make. Oh, and breakfast foods.

Omelets. And hot wings. That's pretty much the extent of his culinary skills. But he's a master at both of them!

My DH's go to dish is pasta with garlic, pepper and parmigiano or chicken noodle soup.

My husband is a really great cook so he has a lot to his repertoire! But on special occasions I always ask for turkey or chicken parm!

My husband is a really great cook and can pretty much make anything. One of my favourites that is one of his specialities is hainese chicken rice.

Steak and potatoes or Spaghetti. I am pretty sure they are the only two dishes he is capable of making. At least they are yummy!
