Pretty much anything on PBS kids. Curious George, Thomas, and Daniel Tiger are the regular rotation. Occasional Dinosaur Train. They bumped Mickey way down on the totem pole, I was shocked!
I always forget about Sesame Street for some reason. I should get him into that! He loves Elmo but I never think of it when it's time! -

ThomasRando stuff that pops up on Netflix and I don't have the willpower to say no...
BTW if your kids like construction vehicles mighty machines is the best. It is live action and he's learned a lot of new trucks by watching it. Easily my son's favorite! We watch a ton of it.
