I don't mind splurging on makeup but I hate spending a lot on remover for my waterproof eye makeup.
I have been using Neutrogena (the dual action) for years but it doesn't seem like it works as well as it did in the past!
What do you use?

I use makeup removal wipes from Target. They work really well and get most of the makeup off of my face. I don't use waterproof mascara so I'm not sure if they would work for that.

I loooove Sonia Kashuk's eye makeup remover . . . it's sold at Target for about $11 and it lasts forever!
ETA: I don't wear anything but WP mascara.
ETA: I use Cetaphil and my Clarisonic Mia for my face. I thought we were just talking about eyes. Doh!

I use a Vichy all in 1 cream cleanser. You can get it at the drugstore and it's not too expensive, but it does a good job without drying things out.

I guess I'm an oddball because I have never used makeup remover. I just wash my face and all the makeup comes off.

I use the neutrogena wipes. I get them at Costco when they have a coupon...works pretty well!

@autumnlove: I never use waterproof mascara because I don't think it is as lash lengthening as regular, lol - I guess maybe that's why I don't need remover?!

I have a Vichy cleanser that I use, as well as the cloths, depending on my mood!

I've been using Almay moisturizing makeup remover pads for YEARS! They remove ALL traces of waterproof mascara/eyeliner. I love them! They do leave an oily-ish residue but I use them at night and it's gone by the morning.

I just wash my face with Cetaphil face wash.
Ever since I got married, I now use "Blinc" mascara from Sephora. It's the kind that forms "tubes" around your lashes, so it's actually pretty resilient, but when you want it off it comes off easy (no more under-eye smudges!!) I love it.

Target brand makeup removing pads. They actually work really well, and it's kind of satisfying to see all the gunk that comes off.
